REPORT OF THE OHAFIA LGA APC MEETING HELD IN ABIRIBA ANCIENT KINGDOM

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ohafia Local Government Area today, convened a strategic cum powerful meeting today at the residence of the LGA Chairman, Hon. Chief Stanley Orji Oba, in Abiriba Ancient Kingdom.

The meeting was presided over by the Chairman, Hon. Chief Stanley Orji Oba, in the company of the Vice Chairman, Engr. Emeka Nnoke, Secretary, Hon. Emmanuel Joe, Zonal Youth Leader, Hon. Ude Agbai, Deputy Women Leader, Mrs Mercy Anthony, Ex-Officio, Hon. Iroha Ozeh, Treasurer, Princess Ifeoma Okereke, alongside other key stakeholders and ward executives drawn from across the LGA. The gathering provided an opportunity for the party leadership to engage directly with ward structures and assess the level of preparedness ahead of forthcoming electoral engagements.

Deliberations at the meeting reflected a strong sense of unity, purpose, and shared responsibility among members. Executive Committees from all the wards were present and actively participated in discussions, expressing firm resolve to deliver decisive victories for the party within their respective areas. In particular, several ward executives spoke with remarkable enthusiasm and conviction, reaffirming their readiness to mobilize effectively at the grassroots. These included representatives from Isiama, Ebem, Okamu, Ohafor, Ania, Ndi Elu, Etiti, Amogudu, Agboji, Ameke, and Ndi Agbo wards, all of whom reiterated their shared commitment to ensuring electoral success for the party.

In his address, the Chairman, Hon. Chief Stanley Orji Oba, spoke with confidence and strategic clarity, assuring members that the party is fully positioned to achieve overwhelming success in the coming elections. He emphasized that victory must be secured across all levels, from the Presidency to the Governorship, the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the State House of Assembly.

Drawing a parallel with a well-organized force, he charged party faithful to remain disciplined, focused, and united, noting that sustained grassroots engagement remains the key to electoral success.

A key highlight of the meeting was the formal reception of Hon. Nnanna Awo into the party, as he officially joined APC today under the leadership of Hon. Chief Stanley Orji Oba.

It is noteworthy that Ohafia Local Government Area, comprising the Abiriba, Ohafia, and Nkporo communities, is made up of eleven wards: Isiama, Ebem, Okamu, Ohafor, Ania, Ndi Elu, Etiti, Amogudu, Agboji, Ameke, and Ndi Agbo all of which were duly represented at the meeting.

The meeting, which concluded on a firm and optimistic note, was further enriched by the presence of Hon. Chief Uche Ogboso, Chief Ikenna Ukwa, and former Commissioners, Hon. Chidiebere Uwakwe and Chief Dr. Sam Anya.
