Good afternoon, my Mentor.
On behalf of my family, the members of the Board of Trustees, and the Governing Council of my university (Southern Atlantic University) we have unanimously agreed to name the university’s Administration Building “Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu Administrative Building.”
This decision is a heartfelt expression of our deep appreciation for the many years you have devoted to mentoring me. Today, I stand as the proud owner of a university, an achievement made possible because you believed in me, guided me, and shaped my journey.
I want to sincerely thank you, my Mentor. I also extend my profound gratitude to Her Excellency, our dear mother, for standing by me throughout these years with grace, strength, and unwavering support.
Since March 20, 1989, when you adopted me as a member of your family, my life took a new direction. Through you, I learned the art of business, the courage to pursue success, and the wisdom to keep pushing forward no matter the challenges.
My family and I will remain eternally grateful to you.
